• Created a full web portal for managing assets and customizations - including sign-up workflow, live feature management per app, and in-app messaging.
• Integrated third-party systems with 10+ major pharmacy backends (Cerner, QS1, etc.) including direct client interaction and integration testing setup.
• Maintained a HIPAA-compliant backend service processing over 1 percent of US online refills, authorization, and messaging.

When PocketRx was sold and merged with Digital Pharmacist Inc, I was contracted as interim Android Development lead for the transition.

Maintained and developed a pharmacy refill mobile application serving 400+ customers - each receiving its own branded app.

• Coordinated with pharmacy owners, Pharmacy Management System companies, as well as internal product owners and managers to balance customer needs with business outcomes.
• Provided client customizations, support, and releases for all customers.
• Led development effort from 2015 onwards, working directly with product owner and shareholders to roadmap, estimate, and implement needed improvements and new features.
• Improved and refactored codebase to be sustainable with customizations, repackaging app into feature modules instead of a monolithic architecture, speeding the deployment process to a matter of hours instead of days.

Created a new C# processor for internal form language, while also optimizing the grammar through ANTLR. Building a reusable parse tree allowed existing JSON datasets to populate simple, formatted PDFs through dynamic mobile forms. Created in a week after selling the business leaders on it as a medium-risk, high-reward solution that is still used to this day, untouched besides compatibility updates on multiple products, a decade later.

PocketRx had not had standardized releases for its clients in its years of existence, each requiring an individualized deployment. To enable that as a possibility, I cataloged all unique client features, created a migration script to update 400+ git branches of client applications to the current version, automated release scripts via fastlane, and created a one-button deploy system. All apps were released with zero errors or service disruption.
